Our Community

The Meadows of Franklin Grove Assisted Living Community helps residents continue to thrive at an individual level, with our friendly residents and professional staff working as a team to create a serene and welcoming environment. Assisted Living

Services are available for those residents who require an Assisted Living lifestyle. Some of these services include:

Physician Services

The Meadows nurse will act as a liaison between you and your physician to ensure that your health and medications are closely monitored. Assistance in finding a physician who visits our facility is available if need be.

Medication Management

During your stay with us, the Director of Nursing will assist in ordering medications from the pharmacy as well as ensuring that the proper medication/dosage are taken at the recommended times. Our Director of Nursing is available for residents or family members that may have medical questions.

Ongoing Assessment of Residents’ Health & Welfare

We take our residents health and welfare seriously at The Meadows of Franklin Grove. Our experienced and caring staff monitor our residents on a daily basis. This is to ensure that any changes in behavior or decline in health is addressed right away. Our Director of Nursing ensures that every resident is reevaluated on a quarterly basis as well. If a resident has changes in their health, we want to ensure that they receive additional assistance as deemed necessary.

On-Site Specialty Visits

In addition to our monthly visits from the Nurse Practitioner; The Meadows offers other specialty services to our residents upon request. These services include; Podiatrist, Optometrist, Massage Therapist and Hearing Aid Services, etc.

Independent Living

Our Independent Living is geared toward active seniors, who do not require any or little assistance. Those who are looking for a place to broaden your social circle, stay active or just relax in the good company of your peers, The Meadows is a great option.
